Our role

Fortibex is an independent commercial service provider and not a regulated financial institution. Fortibex acts as a commercial introducer and is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution or investment firm. All financial services are provided solely by, and under the responsibility of, the respective regulated partner institutions. The client contracts directly with the partner. Fortibex does not execute payments or transactions, does not accept orders and never holds client funds. Fortibex is remunerated by the partners.

International payments, multi-currency accounts and FX services are offered via Equals Money Europe SA, a payment institution authorised and supervised by the National Bank of Belgium (NBB, company number 0849.185.510), Avenue Louise 54, 1050 Brussels, Belgium.

Fortibex maintains a broad network of specialist brokers, liquidity providers and banking partners, including but not limited to the above, to ensure comprehensive FX coverage and competitive pricing across 30+ currencies and 140+ countries. The composition of this network may vary depending on the client's jurisdiction, currency requirements and compliance profile. With every introduction, we state which partner provides the service.

Rates

Rates and cost comparisons shared by Fortibex are indicative only. The applicable rate is set by the partner at the moment the client books a transaction themselves. All decisions are made by the client.

Complaints

Complaints about Fortibex's services can be sent by email to info@fortibex.com with the subject "Complaint". We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and respond in substance within 30 days. Complaints about a payment or FX service itself are handled under the relevant partner's complaints procedure.
